When it comes to studio apartments, there are many problems. Between the smallness of the interior space and the lack of separation between the different living areas, it’s sometimes very complicated to find optimised solutions.
But that’s just what we managed to achieve in this studio in the centre of Aix-en-Provence.
The emphasis was on creating a night space that was truly separate from the rest of the flat.
The layout was redesigned to create a new, totally bespoke space, with a niche, alcove and mezzanine creating a cosy, warm new area.
